Yes, our website is open, and you may shop as you would normally.
Why is my order delayed?

Can I exchange my time with a different item?
Items may be exchanged within seven (7) days of the receipt of the item with other items for sale in Commonwealth Philippines Web Store. The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer.
Can I return items bought on sale?
Unfortunately, items bought on Sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.
When will I receive a refund for returned items?
Processing of the refund may take up to 21 banking days from the time the item being returned is received by Commonwealth Philippines Web Store. The original shipping fee will not be refunded and the shipping fee for the item to be returned to Commonwealth Philippines Web Store will be shouldered by the buyer. If you are still unable to receive the refund after 21 banking days, please contact us directly so we may further assist you.
What system of measurement do you use?
All shoe sizes are listed in United States Men's unless stated otherwise. If a shoe uses US Women's sizing, it will be indicated in the description.
What payment options do you accept?
Commonwealth Philippines accepts Visa & Mastercard. All items are VAT-inclusive.
How long will my order be processed?
Once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before the order is shipped out.
How will I know if my order has been accepted?
Once your order has been placed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. The order confirmation acts as an invoice and includes your order number and all relevant details.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
How long will my order arrive?
All orders within the Metro Manila area will take 4-6 business days to arrive. All orders outside the Metro Manila area will take 5-8 business days to arrive. For the health and safety of our community, our warehouse will be operating with a skeletal workforce. Please expect delays with shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fee for all orders is PHP150.00.
Do you ship internationally?
All orders are available to Philippine residents only.
