Orders & Returns

Any product returned for exchange or for refund must have been purchased from the Commonwealth Philippines Web Store.

Items may be exchanged within thirty (30) days from the time the product was delivered.

Items may be exchanged with other items for sale within Commonwealth Philippines Web Store only. Exchange of store products are not allowed.

The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer.

It is recommended to insure the return shipment as the customer is under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until eCommerce receives the package. In case of dispute, it is also recommended for the customer to retain proof of sending.

Items that were bought on sale or any form of promotional discount cannot be returned nor exchanged.*

Special releases may not be exchanged or returned.*

*Unless there is a defect in the quality of goods or imperfection in the service.

The following conditions are not entitled to a return or exchange as stated in RA7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines).

  1. Sudden change of mind
  2. Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
  3. Discovery of lower price of the same item from another store

PRODUCT EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY

Items should be returned unused, and with all Commonwealth Philippines Web Store and designer garment tags still attached upon thirty (30) days from the time the product was delivered. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, hang tags, dust bags should be included with the return.

For footwear returns, it must be double boxed (wrapped with bubble wrap and using an outer shipping box) and include original packaging (including manufacturers packing paper for footwear), with all factory tags still attached (including extra laces included with some footwear), and in unused and unworn condition.

Returns that are incomplete, damaged or soiled (including the shoe box) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund/exchange refused.

All items returned should have a sales invoice to ease the process. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Commonwealth Philippines reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of this return policy.

Commonwealth Philippines reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers and/or delete or freeze customer accounts at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing tags
  • Purchases made for resale purposes
  • Creation of multiple account ID’s by one user
  • Potential fraudulent activity

All valid returned items will be refunded thru store credit. This credit will be given in the form of an online gift card and sent through email within 24 to 48 hours, which can be used to pay for any Commonwealth Philippines online purchases only. The store credit value will reflect the same amount paid for your original purchase.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Defective or damaged items reported within one to three (1-3) days of delivery will be replaced by Commonwealth Philippines without any further cost to the buyer. Commonwealth Philippines will evaluate each case to certify that the items in question are truly defective. Items reported after the three day window will be invalid for exchange.
