Job Brief

As the Trainer, you will be leading and implementing programs to leverage the skills and potential of the Commonwealth retail staff. You will be collaborating with the Operations team, as well as the leaders of each store to identify opportunities for growth and improvement of our retail staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and implement training programs for retail staff to teach effective selling and customer service techniques
  • Collaborate with Store Leaders and Operations team on the training needs to enhance sales and to achieve store objectives
  • Provide continuous coaching support and improvements to the delivery of highest standards of customer service
  • Conduct regular visit to retail spaces to analyze and observe the performance of retail staff and to mentor as required, to ensure the standard of staff performance
  • Be a brand advocate
  • To lead by example in customer service, product prescription, demonstration techniques and personal presentation and grooming
  • Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills
